1.加载 ISO文件
2. Launch RAD Studio ESD Installer [ radstudio_12_esd_117529a.exe ] AS ADMINISTRATOR
----- 可以在options中修改安装文件夹
3. Agree the License Agreement, click Next for the License Input page, DO NOT click Install
4. Now on KeyPatch, click Generate RAD Serial Number and Patch RAD Studio Setup process
5. Go Back to Setup - RAD Studio 12 click Back, then select Use Existing License, click Install
6. On RAD Studio Platform Selection, select features to complete the installation

---- 选择 Fonts，DUnits，Modeling
7. RUN RAD STUDIO AS ADMINISTRATOR FOR THE FIRST TIME
How to patch selected InterBase installation with RAD Studio 12.1
Launch InterBase Server Manager click Start button, service instance will not start at this point
On KeyPatch select IB Product/Instance, click Generate IB Serial Number, Patch InterBase Activation
Now on InterBase Server Manager click Start button. InterBase service should be Running
